This is a central location in Boon Keng,! The Sunville condominium is two bus stops away from Boon Keng or Potong Pasir MRT. From Little India, there are many buses that can reach in 10 minutes. There are lots of restaurants and eateries within walking distance. CTE and PIE is situated just next to the main road. The condo has a mid-sized swimming pool, a gym and function room. There is plenty of greenery around the condo.

You are free to use the kitchen (but you need to take the effort to clean up and throw away the rubbish). A washing machine, stove and microwave oven are also available. What's more, cable broadband and utilities (electricity and water) is ALL INCLUDED with the rent.
All races (and gender) are welcomed, but currently, there are 5 Indians and 1 Chinese guys already living there in this condo unit. The owner does not stay there.
